Bakers Delighted

THE owners of Bakers Delight Umina Beach, Rosemarie and Joseph Mondal, are delighted with their progress over the two years they have owned the business.
The Mondals have had many successes, including being named finalists in the Westpac Champion of Champion Awards in the New Business Category. This year the bakery's pane di casa placed first in the Newcastle Regional Baking Show. "I felt so proud!" head baker Mr Mondal said."We have never received a prize as grand as this one!" The Mondals also won another prestigious award within the Bakers Delight group being named by owners Roger and Lesley Gillespie as among the 50 most outstanding franchisees. The Mondals have become well known in business, particularly because, on opening, they hired two sets of identical twins.The people of Umina thought they were seeing double!
